Start off your Sales Career with a Bang! Elizabeth Benarroch's Experience

Elizabeth Benarroch is a Trainee Recruitment Consultant working at our sub brand Fuse Engineering in the office of Luxembourg. Hired in January of this year and being hands-on with her market since March, Elizabeth is steadily making matches between clients and candidates and learning a lot along the way.

What did Elizabeth do before coming to work at FSM Group?

“I lived and worked in Canada for 4 years before returning home to France. In France, it was difficult for me to find a sales job with a good salary, so I decided to come to Luxembourg. I was drawn to the idea of sales in recruitment, so I checked out the top recruitment agencies in Luxembourg. I liked the incentive packages at FSM Group. When I applied I was contacted in less than 24 hours. I appreciated how fast everything went and I liked the sense of urgency.”

Being one of our Trainee Consultants, she has been getting the hang of recruiting very quickly. How did it feel to make her first match between client and candidate?

“When I made my first deal it felt really great. I was even more touched by the people around me. It was such a good feeling that my hard work had paid off and my team was extremely supportive. It was very nice to be able to celebrate my first success with them.”

How does Elizabeth feel about the FSM Group culture?

“It’s awesome to work with such an ambitious group of young people. Of course I learn a lot that I can apply through my work but I also learn so many skills from my colleagues as well. We all have different backgrounds, religions, origins, so we are constantly learning from each other. We spend so many hours a week together with our coworkers – but since they are so supportive and fun, it makes coming to the office really great.”

To what qualities does Elizabeth owe her quick learning in recruitment to?

“I have an extremely high quality-oriented approach at work. I’m very picky with my candidates. My advice to others starting in recruitment would be to deeply qualify the candidate. I pay attention to all the small things. When I find good candidates who give me a good feeling, I am sure I can place them. Thorough qualification makes your job easier in the end in regards to finding candidates their dream job.”

What objectives are on the horizon for Elizabeth?

“I have many goals for myself this year, of all different types. Long term, I want to create a really good relationship with my clients so that they always return back to me when looking for new talent.”
